The Alley is more than a sports bar. Much more. Yes, our location in historic Butler Square was actually the site of the turn-of-the-20th century Athletic Park and home of the Minneapolis Millers and St. Paul Saints. (Best estimates put home plate at the entrance to The Alley and Butler Square’s “A” elevator bank.) And yes, our location has been sports fans’ go-to spot for decades. But there is so much more.

Our newly renovated restaurant and bar is a comfortable, classic warehouse setting that’s ideal for relaxing over lunch or dinner with friends or sharing a few drinks and laughs as you cheer on your favorite team. Our menu is prepared and served by the friendliest staff in town and features classic dishes like awesome burgers, salads and wings and unique items we’re proud to call our own – like tender Onion Peels, Yukon Nachos, The Alley Pastrami Rueben, or The Alley Chicken Dinner – to name a few. Speaking of great lineups, our full bar features over 20 taps flowing with your favorite brews, including a great craft and local beer selection.
